Sometimes, the want to talk about things..... "the how's, the why's, the if's, the when's"..... is quite strong, however, with this mini-album - CUE - I don't really want to say too much. I want you to experience whatever you get from it with your own sensory input devices and devices for sensory input.
I know what it means to me but I don't want to influence how you absorb it. Aside from the titles of the tracks, the only other information on the processes involved I'll give is that I wanted to write an ambient/filmic-ish track a day for 7 days and, I did. Immediate and beard-stroking free. No hyper-complex beats, no-analysis of what chords will fit or scales used. Just make the shit and get on with the next.
This is as it is.
Like the air you breathe, the discomfort or pleasure you feel, your strengths and inadequacies, the people that love you, the people that hate you....
It's all just there.
